Bring Your V Game

Many of us have heard the term, "bring your A Game." It usually refers to doing your best in something. Most of the time, the expectations for what makes an "A Game" are created by someone else. We often do what others believe is expected of us, instead of what is aligned with our values. Implementing someone else's "A Game" could turn out to be your F.  Before committing to an "A Game," be sure to identify your personal values so that when you develop your best, it actually makes the grade.
